Why operators switch
We buy through approved crushers and mills that trace back to the grower, and we hold every oil to a published specification. That means the case you open in March performs the same as the one you opened in November.
Standing orders arrive on a fixed weekly or biweekly day, with cases placed where your team actually uses them.
Fresh oil in, used oil out, same visit — and one fewer vendor on your dock.
Free fatty acid, peroxide value and color held to a published spec, with a certificate of analysis per lot.
We help you specify the grade that lowers your total oil cost, not just the sticker price.
The range
Each oil is refined for a job in the kitchen — the high-volume fry station, the clean-label menu, the cold side. All seven ship in the 35 lb bulk bag-in-box, with a 35 lb jug-in-box and 1 gallon plastic jugs (case of 6) also available. Every oil is OU kosher; olive, walnut and palm oil are kosher for Passover.

The anchor format
Every oil in the Hudson range ships in the same upright bulk box — the format the largest commercial kitchens in America already run. Your crew learns one handling routine, your buyer works in one unit of measure, and bulk oil starts behaving like a utility instead of a chore.
A screw-cap spout sits proud of the top flaps. The liner collapses as it empties, so the oil runs in one controlled stream — no glugging, no splash-back over a hot vat.
35 lb net is a single-person carry and a single-hand pour. No two-person lift, no drum pump, no fryer-side cart to wheel through a busy line.
60 cases to a pallet — 2,100 lb net per pallet position and 1,200 cases on a full truckload. Fewer freight touches per pound means a lower delivered price.
The liner empties to almost nothing, then separates from the corrugate and goes into your existing recycling stream.

FAQs
An upright corrugated carton holding a food-grade liner with a screw-cap pour spout through the top flaps — 35 lb net, approximately 4.6 gallons, measuring 9.8 x 9.8 x 15.2 inches. It is the standard commercial frying-oil format in American kitchens. One person carries it, the spout pours a controlled stream straight into the vat, and the liner collapses as it empties. Sixty cases ship on a 48 x 40 in. GMA pallet for 2,100 lb net per pallet position.
Three reasons. It pours without glugging, because air never has to displace the oil — the liner just collapses, which means no splash-back over a hot fryer. It drains to almost nothing, so you are not paying for oil left clinging to the walls of a jug. And the packaging is corrugate plus a thin liner instead of molded plastic, so it costs less to buy, less to freight and less to break down at the end.
One case will get you started, though most accounts order by the layer or the pallet once they see the price break. Contract pricing begins at one pallet — 60 cases. Mixed pallets across oils are fine: many customers run soybean on the fry station with canola for prep and olive oil for the cold side, all on the same pallet.
Cooking oil is a commodity, so pricing moves with the crush and freight markets. We quote a fixed price per case for a set term — 30, 60 or 90 days — so you can cost your menu with confidence. Send us your oils and your monthly case volume and pricing comes back within one business day.
Highly refined soybean, canola, sunflower, corn and palm oils are exempt from major food allergen labeling under FALCPA, and our olive oil is a single-ingredient product. Walnut oil is the exception: walnut is a tree nut, a major food allergen, and every walnut oil case is labeled “Contains: tree nuts (walnut).” An allergen statement and a certificate of analysis ship with every order, and full documentation is available for your HACCP file.
Yes. Every Hudson oil is certified OU kosher (Parve). Extra virgin olive oil, walnut oil and palm oil are also certified kosher for Passover (OU-P). Soybean, canola, corn and sunflower are kitniyot, so they are not certified for Passover. Kosher certificates ship with your documentation, and you can see the full kosher and Passover range.
Yes. Alongside the 35 lb bag-in-box, every oil is available in a 35 lb jug-in-box (JIB), a rigid food-grade plastic jug with a handle and pour spout inside a corrugated outer, and in 1 gallon plastic jugs, six to a case. You can mix formats and oils on the same pallet.
Yes — on the same visit that brings the fresh oil. We supply sealed collection containers and swap them out on your delivery day, and the recovered oil is processed into renewable fuel feedstock. One visit, one supplier, one set of paperwork.
Standing orders run on a fixed weekly or biweekly day. Lead time for a first order depends on your location and volume — we confirm it with your quote.
Yes. Mobile and event operators usually run a handful of 35 lb boxes, which fit under a prep counter and stack two high without a cart. Tell us the dates and the site and we will schedule drop-off and used-oil pickup around your service window.
