Commercial grade cooking oils — 35 lb bulk cases, shipped by the pallet nationwide

Wholesale cooking oils

High quality cooking oils direct to your business

Five oils, each selected for taste, performance, value and sustainability — and every one of them available in the 35 lb bulk bag-in-box. Our team will help you specify the right oil for the way your kitchen actually cooks.

Our promise

Delivering value and quality in equal measure

You want first-class cooking oil at the best possible price, so we buy only from approved crushers and mills that source seed and fruit directly from growers. Shorter chain, fewer hands, better price — and a specification we can actually hold.

All of our packaging is recyclable. The 35 lb case separates into flat corrugate and a single liner.

Because we also collect used cooking oil, we see how your oil performs at the end of its life, not just when it lands — and that helps us specify grades that stretch fry life instead of just cutting the invoice.

The anchor format

Built around the 35 lb bag-in-box

Every oil in the Hudson range ships in the same upright bulk box — the format the largest commercial kitchens in America already run. Your crew learns one handling routine, your buyer works in one unit of measure, and bulk oil starts behaving like a utility instead of a chore.

Spout pour, no glug

A screw-cap spout sits proud of the top flaps. The liner collapses as it empties, so the oil runs in one controlled stream — no glugging, no splash-back over a hot vat.

One person, one hand

35 lb net is a single-person carry and a single-hand pour. No two-person lift, no drum pump, no fryer-side cart to wheel through a busy line.

Pallet economics

60 cases to a pallet — 2,100 lb net per pallet position and 1,200 cases on a full truckload. Fewer freight touches per pound means a lower delivered price.

Drains clean, recycles flat

The liner empties to almost nothing, then separates from the corrugate and goes into your existing recycling stream.

Sustainability

Less packaging, fewer trips, longer oil life

Every case is recyclable corrugate and a single liner — no rigid jugs to rinse, bale or send to landfill.

Combining fresh oil delivery with used cooking oil collection on the same visit means one stop instead of two separate suppliers.

The other lever is oil life. We advise on filtration, vat temperature and grade selection to extend usable life, which means fewer gallons bought and fewer gallons collected.

FAQs

Cooking oil questions, answered

An upright corrugated carton holding a food-grade liner with a screw-cap pour spout through the top flaps — 35 lb net, approximately 4.6 gallons, measuring 9.8 x 9.8 x 15.2 inches. It is the standard commercial frying-oil format in American kitchens. One person carries it, the spout pours a controlled stream straight into the vat, and the liner collapses as it empties. Sixty cases ship on a 48 x 40 in. GMA pallet for 2,100 lb net per pallet position.

Three reasons. It pours without glugging, because air never has to displace the oil — the liner just collapses, which means no splash-back over a hot fryer. It drains to almost nothing, so you are not paying for oil left clinging to the walls of a jug. And the packaging is corrugate plus a thin liner instead of molded plastic, so it costs less to buy, less to freight and less to break down at the end.

One case will get you started, though most accounts order by the layer or the pallet once they see the price break. Contract pricing begins at one pallet — 60 cases. Mixed pallets across oils are fine: many customers run soybean on the fry station with canola for prep and olive oil for the cold side, all on the same pallet.

Cooking oil is a commodity, so pricing moves with the crush and freight markets. We quote a fixed price per case for a set term — 30, 60 or 90 days — so you can cost your menu with confidence. Send us your oils and your monthly case volume and pricing comes back within one business day.

Highly refined soybean, canola, sunflower and corn oils are exempt from major food allergen labeling under FALCPA, and our olive oil is a single-ingredient product. An allergen statement and a certificate of analysis ship with every order, and full documentation is available for your HACCP file.

Yes — on the same visit that brings the fresh oil. We supply sealed collection containers and swap them out on your delivery day, and the recovered oil is processed into renewable fuel feedstock. One visit, one supplier, one set of paperwork.

Standing orders run on a fixed weekly or biweekly day. Lead time for a first order depends on your location and volume — we confirm it with your quote.

Yes. Mobile and event operators usually run a handful of 35 lb boxes, which fit under a prep counter and stack two high without a cart. Tell us the dates and the site and we will schedule drop-off and used-oil pickup around your service window.
