About this oil

Why kitchens run extra virgin olive oil

Pressed within 24 hours of harvest from Picual, Hojiblanca and Koroneiki olives grown in Andalusia and the Peloponnese, then blended to a taste profile that holds its character through sauces, marinades and dressings. Free acidity is held under 0.5%, well inside the extra virgin standard. The 35 lb bag-in-box is built for kitchens pushing serious volume through dressings and drizzle — pizza and pasta groups, catering companies, salad bars — and cuts packaging waste versus running the same volume in tins. Five-liter tins are available for front-of-house and finishing use.
