Commercial grade cooking oils — 35 lb bulk cases, shipped by the pallet nationwide
The classic fried-chicken and doughnut oil
A stable, golden oil with the light, faintly sweet character American fry cooks have specified for generations. High in polyunsaturates, cholesterol free, and dependable at 450°F through back-to-back drops.

About this oil
Hudson Corn Oil is refined from US dent corn germ and filtered bright. It carries slightly more color and flavor than soybean or canola, and that is exactly why chicken houses, doughnut shops and tortilla producers ask for it by name — it builds a deep golden crust and a familiar taste profile. Formulated with anti-foam for fryer safety and shipped in the same 35 lb bag-in-box format as the rest of the range, so it drops straight into an existing oil-handling routine.
