Delivery and collection
Renewable
Fuel feedstock, not drain waste
Why it matters
Pouring it down the drain is prohibited, stacking it out back invites pests, and paying a separate hauler is a bill you don’t need. So we built collection into the delivery route.
The visit that drops fresh cases takes the used oil away. One visit, one signature, no extra appointment to manage.
Sealed containers, a licensed hauler and a service record for every pickup keep your environmental file audit-ready.
Your used oil becomes feedstock for renewable diesel rather than a drain problem — closing the loop on the oil we sold you.
Collection is free for customers buying cooking oil from us. Standalone collection is quoted by volume and location.
How it works
1
Sealed 30 or 55 gallon collection drums, or an outdoor tank for high-volume sites, positioned where your team actually works.
2
Cooled oil goes straight in through the wide filler. Lids seal, so nothing spills on the way out of the kitchen.
3
Full containers leave on your scheduled day and clean ones take their place. You sign one service ticket.
4
Oil is filtered, dewatered and sent to a renewable fuel producer. Your collection record lands in your inbox after each pickup.

Compliance
Used cooking oil is a regulated waste stream. We handle the collection and you get the records.
Buying your oil in 35 lb bulk cases and returning the used oil through us means one supplier, one schedule and one set of paperwork for the whole oil lifecycle in your kitchen.
Questions
No, but it’s free if you do. Customers on a Hudson Oils supply account get scheduled collection at no charge. If you buy oil elsewhere we’ll still collect — we quote it by volume, frequency and location.
Cooled, and free of water, bulk food solids and anything that isn’t cooking oil. Sediment from the fryer is fine. Mineral oil, cleaning chemicals or brine contaminate the load and we can’t take it.
We do. They’re supplied, maintained and swapped as part of the service, so there’s no capital outlay and nothing for you to clean or repair.
A service record for every collection, plus a running annual summary of volumes collected for your sustainability reporting. Both are emailed to whoever you nominate.
Containers can usually be on site shortly after the account opens — often on the same visit as your first oil delivery.
